Cancelling a subscription

• Enalytix offers a 5-days trial period. Subscription will be charged ONLY post the end of the trial period. Once the subscription has started it can be cancelled at any time.
• Upon cancellation, no auto-renewal would be charged and the subscription will end at the original subscription end date.
• Access to Data: You will have access to all your data till the subscription is active. It is highly suggested to download the data, in case you have cancelled the subscription, before the current subscription expiry date as the dashboard will not be accessible once the subscription expires.

Cancelling Automatic Renewal

• Your service subscription automatically renews as per the frequency selected at the time of the subscription. You will be charged for a new subscription term on the renewal date listed in your subscription screen.
• You can cancel the automatic renewal at any time before your renewal date by visiting your Autodesk Account. You will retain access to software and services until the renewal date but will not be automatically charged for a new term. Access to your software and services will end on your subscription renewal date.

Enalytix Refund Policy

• Enalytix offers a 5-days free trial period. Subscriptions are charged ONLY post the end of the trial period. It is not possible to get refund of the subscription charges once the free trial period has ended and the payment has been charged.
