A passionate entrepreneur, Rajul brings innovation and business acumen to the world of Artificial Intelligence. With a global exposure, masters in computer application, and a degree in entrepreneurship from Babson College, Massachusetts, USA, his sole focus is to design market-driven solutions that deliver tangible value to clients and help them overcome business challenges. He started his career with implementing PeopleSoft ERP across 153 departments for State of Massachusetts, and soon after he cultivated his passion for entrepreneurship and newer technologies. Over the 20+ years in computer engineering, video analytics and deep learning field, he has launched a series of mission-critical AI products for leading multinational clients, spanning Retail, Market Research, Surveillance, and Telecom sectors. Apart from knowing the pulse of new-age technologies, he brings a wealth of knowledge in strategic planning, software engineering, business development, and operations. An ardent NFL fan, his zeal and passion for the sport is also visible in the way he handles business and his teams! His day is not complete without spirited morning runs, a high-paced game of squash, and spending quality time with his kids!
Neerja Kumar
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
With 20+ years of experience at large corporations, Neerja leads overall operations and service delivery, product development and growth strategies. An energetic operations leader, she specializes in program management and delivery excellence for large business transformation/ERP projects and technology products. Over her varied career, she has worn different hats including Marketing Content Specialist, Instructional Design Lead, Solution Architect, Program Manager, PMO Lead and Service Delivery Head. She has worked with globally-distributed teams to ensure exceptional service delivery to clients in challenging landscapes. Prior to Enalytix, she held senior Principal role at Accenture Consulting where she led organizational learning and change management projects for leading enterprises across industry verticals in US and Europe. With a Bachelors in Mathematics and Masters in English Literature from Delhi University, and a professional degree in marketing and advertising, she is as adept at designing product marketing strategies as delivering quality products. Outside of her passion for quality and smooth work execution, she is a die-hard movie-buff, a Yoga enthusiast, and a social worker for the underprivileged kids. She also loves to travel and is halfway to completing her world tour!
Sakshi Mathur

Sakshi has 14+ years of experience in developing HR strategies and helping enterprises build exceptional teams. She relentlessly steers change and raises HR standards at Enalytix. For her, HR policy creation, culture formation and implementation are synonymous with joy of improvement and not an administrative drag. Her focus on restructuring & competency mapping is her mantra to get the best out of business and ensure we have nothing less than a winning team. Her energies are directed towards strong commitment to quality standards, flexibility, positivity and adaptability to bring out the best of people, both personally and professionally. A graduate with masters’ in Human Resources from Pune University, her passion for people is what makes her a favourite go-to person of the team. For fun, she loves watching history documentaries! True to her area of expertise, she loves the opportunity to make people’s working lives better, even if in a small way.
Amit Jain
AI - R&D
Amit leads the R&D and development team. He is a self-motivated, hands-on techie with a decade of experience and deep expertise in Computer Vision and Machine Learning. He has a keen understanding of image analysis algorithms and deep learning architecture and is focused on designing and running complex computer vision systems that create a meaningful business impact. Over the years, Amit has gained a diverse experience spanning multiple technologies, platforms, and frameworks in the AI and deep learning space . With a master’s degree in computer applications, Amit is an innovative thinker and a problem solver who is never shy to try out-of-the-box approaches. His passion and focus have helped us design intelligent, high-accuracy solutions for our clients. Besides living and breathing technology 24/7, Amit loves to unwind with a game of table tennis or badminton, and visit off-beat destinations with family!
Anu Kurian
Sales and Account Management
Anu has worked for 20+ years in sales and account management and brings a wealth of experience in delivering value across industries including Market Research, Retail, Manufacturing and Banking. As our sales lead, his role is to maximize sales revenues, build value-based channel partnerships, and foster lasting client relationships. He acts as a vital bridge between the clients and operations teams, ensuring customers receive the best possible service. Anu holds a degree in Commerce, and is always available to offer friendly and professional support to people without judging them. In his spare time, he can either be spotted in the kitchen cooking, or taking a high-speed motorbike ride through the country along the endless route possible!.
Vaibhav Mishra
Customer Service
Vaibhav oversees the customer services department and ensures smooth and speedy flow of information within internal teams and customers to resolve their queries and challenges. With over 10+ years of experience in operations and customer services for technology organisations, he brings extensive expertise in project planning, critical thinking, problem solving (soft and technical skills), team management, and customer relationship management. Every day is a challenge for Vaibhav at Enalytix, working on improving team productivity and juggling between changing priorities; however his passion to achieve the impossible and eagerness to learn makes everything a cakewalk. He holds B-Tech degree in Computer Science Engineering. When he is not driving teams or making operational summaries for clients, he can been seen poring over philosophy books or doodling some creative masterpieces on paper!
