Over the 20+ years in computer engineering, video analytics and deep learning field, he has launched a series of mission-critical AI products for leading multinational clients, spanning Retail, Market Research, Surveillance, and Telecom sectors. Apart from knowing the pulse of new-age technologies, he brings a wealth of knowledge in strategic planning, software engineering, business development, and operations. An ardent NFL fan, his zeal and passion for the sport is also visible in the way he handles business and his teams! His day is not complete without spirited morning runs, a high-paced game of squash, and spending quality time with his kids!
With 20+ years of experience at large corporations, Neerja leads overall operations and service delivery, product development and growth strategies. An energetic operations leader, she specializes in program management and delivery excellence for large business transformation/ERP projects and technology products. Over her varied career, she has worn different hats including Marketing Content Specialist, Instructional Design Lead, Solution Architect, Program Manager, PMO Lead and Service Delivery Head. She has worked with globally-distributed teams to ensure exceptional service delivery to clients in challenging landscapes. Prior to Enalytix, she held senior Principal role at Accenture Consulting where she led organizational learning and change management projects for leading enterprises across industry verticals in US and Europe. With a Bachelors in Mathematics and Masters in English Literature from Delhi University, and a professional degree in marketing and advertising, she is as adept at designing product marketing strategies as delivering quality products. Outside of her passion for quality and smooth work execution, she is a die-hard movie-buff, a Yoga enthusiast, and a social worker for the underprivileged kids. She also loves to travel and is halfway to completing her world tour!

As our sales lead, his role is to maximize sales revenues, build value-based channel partnerships, and foster lasting client relationships. He acts as a vital bridge between the clients and operations teams, ensuring customers receive the best possible service. Anu holds a degree in Commerce, and is always available to offer friendly and professional support to people without judging them. In his spare time, he can either be spotted in the kitchen cooking, or taking a high-speed motorbike ride through the country along the endless route possible!.
